JUNIORS PROGRAMS

Private Lessons
For the golfers who desires more personal attention, Brian offers private lessons. Do you practice and play frequently but never achieve consistency? (Golf is always more fun if we make better shots that lower our scores.) Private instruction is two-fold: mechanics of the swing and actually playing of the game. If you are interested in learning the game as a beginner or have been playing for years, private coaching can help you onto a path to having more fun. We also offer private coaching for junior golfers.

When you sign up for private coaching, we start by examining your body’s strengths and weaknesses as they relate to your golf swing. Then we create a plan of instruction/practice to begin improving your game immediately. The plan is based on the player’s commitment to practice and goals they set for themselves. Through the use of high-speed digital video analysis, you will learn what your swing characteristics are and how to change them to produce a more consistent shot pattern. Not only can we improve your golf swing, we can train you to improve your short game.

The one-on-one environment provides a more focused learning atmosphere. Players learn at their own pace and instruction can be tailored to your learning style. Through the use of the V1 Coaching System, players will have the clearest image of their swing tendencies.

Junior Training
The junior golfers are the future of golf.  I became very passionate about the game as a freshman in high school.  I had a wonderful experience as a junior golfer and I hope to help every junior golfer receive the same enjoyment I had.

I have played golf for the past 25 years and am still learning.  It wasn’t until I entered high school that golf became a fascination to me.  Practicing, playing and competing allowed me to improve and reap all of what competitive golf had to offer.  The game of golf has given me many opportunities.  I plan to share what I have learned with the golfers of tomorrow.  My hopes as a golf coach are to instill lifes values through golf.

Learning to play golf is challenging, it should, however, be approached as a game that is fun and enjoyable.  The game is a constant testing ground.  These tests come in many forms.  Golfers are tested with the golf shot they face, a a ruling which may not be in their favor or the fellow-competitor who may be distracting.   These situations help juniors learn how to be honest and show integrity with dignity in both winning and defeat.  Spending time with coaches and fellow golfers helps shape the attitudes needed to achieve goals.

My approach to training junior golfers is based on learning a core set of fundamentals.  The fundamentals cover many areas of golf including: the technique of the swing, rules which every golfer should know and common etiquette needed to be a true golfer.
